Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All shipments are fully tracked. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, processing begins the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, email us at hello@bebeino.com.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@bebeino.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Order Cancellation
You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. After 12 hours your order may already be in processing or dispatched — cancellations are not possible after this window. Email hello@bebeino.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.
