Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the Bebeino Portable Bottle Warmer. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.


Order Cancellation

Changed your mind right after ordering? You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order at no charge. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed and dispatched — in that case, you will need to wait for the device to arrive and follow the return process below.

To cancel within 12 hours, email us at hello@bebeino.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line. We'll confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund immediately.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@bebeino.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the device back to the address provided

Do not ship anything back before contacting us first.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet all of the following:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Device is in its original packaging (box, manual, USB charging cable all included)
  • Device shows no signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering
  • Device has been used as intended — warming baby bottles only

Returns that arrive incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of misuse will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the device within 3–5 business days. If the return meets all requirements above, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items showing physical damage or signs of misuse
  • Items missing the USB charging cable or manual

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your device arrives damaged or defective, email hello@bebeino.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every Bebeino Portable Bottle Warmer is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. If your device develops a manufacturing defect or stops functioning as intended under normal use within 12 months, we will replace it or issue a full refund — your choice.


What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Battery failure under normal use
  • LED display malfunctions
  • Heating element failure
  • Button or control failure
  • Any defect that occurs during normal, intended use of the device

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply if the device has been:

  • Physically damaged (dropped, cracked, crushed)
  • Exposed to water or liquid beyond normal use
  • Disassembled, modified, or tampered with
  • Used for purposes other than warming baby bottles
  • Damaged due to use with incompatible power sources (anything other than USB 5V-2A)
  • Subject to misuse, negligence, or improper storage

We reserve the right to inspect the device before approving a warranty claim.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email hello@bebeino.com with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include photos or a short video showing the defect or malfunction
  3. We'll review your claim within 1–2 business days
  4. If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and ship a replacement once we receive the device, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer

Return Requirements for Warranty Claims

  • Device must be returned in its original packaging where possible
  • Include the USB charging cable and manual
  • Device must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering unrelated to the claimed defect

Shipping

For approved warranty claims, we cover return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid label once your claim is approved.


After the Warranty Period

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all purchases from the delivery date. The 1-year warranty begins on the same date and extends beyond the return window.

After the 1-year warranty period expires, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for device failures — but we're always happy to help troubleshoot. Email us at hello@bebeino.com.
